What If We Don’t Like It? Understanding Our Enrollment and Withdrawal Policies
Enrolling your child in preschool or daycare is a big decision. Parents often ask themselves: “What if it doesn’t work out? What if my child struggles, or we realize this isn’t the right fit?”
At Brainy Kids Place, we understand those concerns. That’s why we’ve created family-friendly enrollment and withdrawal policies that give you peace of mind, along with our Happy Family Guarantee to help take the worry out of your decision.
Our Happy Family Guarantee
We want every family to feel confident when choosing Brainy Kids Place. That’s why we offer a Happy Family Guarantee: if you’re not fully satisfied after your first two weeks with us, we’ll refund your tuition.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in our program—and our commitment to making sure Brainy Kids Place is truly the right fit for your child and family.
Enrollment Made Simple
Securing your child’s spot is easy:
- Complete your enrollment forms and health documentation
- Pay your registration fee and first week’s tuition
- Schedule your child’s start date and prepare for an exciting first day!
We keep the process clear and simple so you can focus on supporting your child’s smooth transition.
Withdrawal Policy
Sometimes plans change—and we understand that. Our policy is designed to give families flexibility while also protecting classroom consistency:
- Families are required to give two weeks’ written notice before withdrawing.
- This allows us to properly adjust staffing and offer the space to another family on our waitlist.
- Tuition is still required during the two-week notice period, even if your child does not attend.
This policy ensures a fair and smooth transition for families, staff, and children.
Peace of Mind for Parents
With our Happy Family Guarantee and a clear two-week notice policy, families can feel confident enrolling without fear of being “locked in.” Our goal is to create trust and transparency so you always know what to expect.
A Partnership Built on Trust
At Brainy Kids Place, policies aren’t just paperwork—they’re about creating security and consistency for families. By being open and supportive, we make enrolling stress-free and help you focus on what matters most—your child’s happiness.
